Neon Cascade
Free neon block-stacking score game
Neon Cascade puts block stacking on a wider 12 × 22 grid.
Standard pieces share the board with Spike, Crux, Mono and Duo pieces. Bombs drop into columns, and a heat gun lets you melt a column when you need space. Use it too often and it overheats.

What Is Neon Cascade?
Neon Cascade is a free browser-based block-stacking score game made by Voltage Goblin.

You place pieces on a 12 × 22 grid while managing a mixture of standard and special pieces. Bombs add pressure to individual columns, while the heat gun gives you a way to melt a column at the cost of building heat.

The current game includes:
-
A 12 × 22 grid
-
Standard pieces
-
Spike pieces
-
Crux pieces
-
Mono pieces
-
Duo pieces
-
Bombs that drop into columns
-
A heat gun
-
Heat and overheating
-
A block-skin store
A Wider Grid
Neon Cascade uses a grid that is 12 columns wide and 22 rows high.

The extra width creates more room than a classic block-stacking layout, but it also gives you more possible placements to judge. A bad gap may not cause an immediate problem, yet become difficult several pieces later.

The wider board changes the planning without changing the main objective: place pieces, clear space and keep the grid under control.
Standard and Special Pieces
Neon Cascade combines the standard piece set with four additional pieces:
-
Spike
-
Crux
-
Mono
-
Duo

These pieces expand the range of spaces you need to prepare for.
Bombs and the Heat Gun
Bombs drop into columns during play.

Their presence gives you another element to consider while deciding where the active pieces should go.

The heat gun melts a column. Activate it with:
-
F
-
Shift

Using the heat gun builds heat, and the tool can overheat. It is useful when a column becomes difficult to manage, but it cannot be used as a permanent delete button.
Block Skins
Neon Cascade includes a store for block skins.

Block skins change the visual appearance of the pieces. Show the price or currency requirement clearly before a player confirms an unlock.

Do not state that Neon Cascade uses Goblin Coins until that connection is live and verified.
